1. All rental rates are weekly (7 days) with a one week minimum, each week thereafter will be 50% of first week's rate(s).
2. All rentals must be paid in advance for delivery to your rental home prior to your arrival.
3. Late orders (i.e. orders placed on or after arrival date) via phone only, may be subject to a late delivery fee of $20.00 or can be picked up at one of our convenient locations.

5. We accept Visa and MasterCard. All mail orders must be paid by check.
6. Make all checks payable to Clean & Classy.
7. Items will be individually bagged with larger bags.
8. All items picked up will be inventoried by at least two people. By renting linens from Clean and Classy Linen, owned and managed by Rae Management Services, LLC, renter agrees to be responsible for damaged, or missing linen. Any rental items not returned or have been damaged will be charged to your credit card at three times the rental rate. By renting linen you agree to these terms. 9. All rental items will be placed inside your rental property prior to your arrival, and will be picked up after your departure. We ask that all items be left inside the front door of the property for pick-up. We will access the property through your Rental Agent.
